This service supports children and adolescents with chronic conditions such as cancer, type 1 diabetes, cerebral palsy and burns related injuries to increase their participation in physical activity.One permanent part-time (0.8 FTE) opportunity available with the Endocrinology & Diabetes team.CRVCID No.661164Position ProfileWe are seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our Endocrinology & Diabetes team based at PCH and provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to our young patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team.You will work across Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Healthy Weight Services and support your team by conducting assessments such as anthropometric measurements (height & weight), finger prick testing for diabetes care, and assisting with body composition analysis and patient tracking.
