Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Reinforce the customer centric nature of OCC by providing a superior customer experience through a supportive and developmentally focused environment in our stores.Lead the store team to deliver on performance objectives set for your store with respect to (Sales, People, Audit & Compliance, Visual Merchandising, Safety).Contribute to all aspects of store operations including managing and leading the store team, ensuring our store is open and ready to be shopped by our customers, managing the movement of stock to reduce shrinkage and optimize sales.Ensure that operational tasks and expectations set for your team are executed to standards.Work with your store leadership to achieve profitability, operational efficiencies, and great customer experiences.Demonstrate effective leadership, ensuring that all store team members receive the required feedback, support, and training.Understand Workplace Health and Safety regulations and how to manage your workplace and team members to ensure OCC is a safe place to work.Maintain and build key customer relationships.Able to manage and deliver on competing priorities at one time.Manage a team of 15 staff to ensure efficiencies are met and our customers are served to the high level of service they have grown to expect.Our successful candidate will have:A professional salesperson with a love for customer service.Outstanding customer service standards!
