We are looking to recruit a Client Services Officer for our growing business. This is a permanent, full-time position. The applicant should have a very high attention to detail, be capable of managing jobs across multiple platforms, have a high level of customer service experience, and strong technology proficiency. A level of pool knowledge would strongly benefit the applicant; however, this is not essential. The successful applicant will work alongside the Managing Director across all aspects of the pool servicing business.Work hours: 37.5 hours work week. Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pmResponsibilities/Skills:Scheduling and management of servicing appointmentsMaintaining databases and customer historyCustomer service: face-to-face, email, and phone. Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.Opening and closing of the office/storeLiaising with staff, suppliers, and customers, keeping up to date with all product changes and improvements.Assisting in quoting new workManaging supplier orders and customer invoicingHandling warranty claims and equipment repairsWorking with and directing pool technicians in the team, as requiredBe willing to engage in further training and professional developmentHigh attention to detail and technologically proficientBe able to work autonomouslyJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, $30-40 per hour depending on your experience and suitability to this role.Please apply by sending your current resume with cover page expressing why you would like to join our team.
