Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a small kitchen team with efficiency and organization
* Oversee menu development and implementation across multiple venues
* Ensure high-quality food consistency and presentation
* Collaborate with venue head chefs on food direction and strategy
* Adapt to high-volume and event work
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar position
* Passion for Mexican cuisine and commitment to quality
* Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills
* Knowledge of financial acumen, staff training, and WH&S
