What You’ll Do:
* Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with dairy farmers across Victoria, understanding their unique challenges and needs.
* Promote Innovative Technology: Introduce farmers to groundbreaking technology that provides real-time insights into their herd's health, behaviour, and reproductive cycles.
* Data-Driven Solutions: Demonstrate how to leverage data to optimise herd management, improve animal welfare, and increase profitability.
* Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and training to farmers, ensuring they can effectively utilise the technology.
* Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition and closing deals.
Who are you:
* Passion for Agriculture: A genuine interest in the dairy industry and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by farmers.
* Technical Aptitude: A strong ability to learn and understand complex technical concepts.
* Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture or technology sector.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with farmers.
* Data-Driven Mindset: A keen eye for data and the ability to interpret and present information in a clear and concise manner.
* Relationship Building: A talent for building strong relationships and fostering trust with clients.
How you are rewarded
* Base Salary: $70,000 - $110,000, pending skills, network and experience.
* Bonus: 20%
