NBMLHD Community Mental Health offers specialised services for children, young people, families, and older people through community-based services and health centres.The Safeguards Team is a dedicated Child, Youth & Family Mental Health (CYF-MH) resource designed to provide innovative and best practice care to children and adolescents aged 0-17 years experiencing acute mental health distress. The team provides rapid, mobile, and flexible care to resolve mental health crises, including assertive outreach, care coordination, and time-limited therapeutic interventions.The Senior Social Worker will work in a multidisciplinary team and report to the NBM Safeguards Clinical Lead.
