The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Heavy Mobile Equipment specialist with previous managerial experience to lead our Port Hedland and Tom Price operations.
Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the progress of service jobs and leading a team dedicated to supporting our customers across the region. Upholding our steadfast commitment to a culture of safety, you will ensure that all team members prioritize safety in their actions and decisions.

Role Located: Port Hedland (Residential or FIFO)
* Relocation Allowance available
Roster: Mon - Fri (5:2:4:3) 9 day fortnight on-site

What we are looking for:
12. Motivated, customer-focused, experienced manager with proven leadership skills
13. Financial reporting experience; including revenue forecast, P&L and WIP management
14. Ability to recruit, develop, and coach team members
15. Promote a strong team-orientated environment within the division and other departments
16. Knowledge of earth moving machinery and the mining industry or similar experience
17. Ability to analyse work place risk and implement necessary changes promptly
18. Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent Komatsu whilst building relationships with customers, employees, vendors and suppliers
