The Role Project Location: Nhill, Victoria, Australia Project Scale: 6.5MW Solar Farm with 6.7 MWh Battery This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join a fast-growing, sustainability-driven team specializing in Utility, Commercial PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and EV Charging installations. This role is ideal for electricians with residential solar experience who are eager to develop their skills in commercial solar and large-scale battery storage projects. Key Responsibilities Work on large-scale, Tier 1 Solar C&I projects, including MW PV and MWh Battery Storage installations. Perform a range of Utility and Commercial electrical work, with a focus on solar and battery systems across Victoria. Assist in leading and developing a small team. Stay committed and motivated with a positive attitude toward all responsibilities. Provide a friendly, professional customer experience. Conduct diagnostics, including fault finding and switchboard tasks. Ensure strict adherence to all OHS protocols. Desirable Experience & Qualifications Full Australian Work Rights. VIC electrical license. Knowledge of AS/NZS3000 and Service Rules ( required ). Solar installation experience. ( required ) Project management skills ( advantageous ). A current driver's license. Experience and qualifications for working at heights ( preferred ). Construction industry White Card. Excellent communication skills.
