As a Document Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include the design and development of online forms and digital documents. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to collect their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will be required to undertake the testing and debugging of these digital solutions, as well as providing support to end-users.
Your role will include the development and maintenance of online forms using various tools such as Maestro, Journey Manager, or similar applications. To be successful in this position you will need strong business analysis capabilities, including analytical problem-solving skills, a creative approach, foundational software knowledge, and experience in designing user-friendly and efficient digital solutions
