The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.
We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to lead the Crown Promenade Housekeeping team.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
* Direct and coordinate all activities of the Housekeeping Department to achieve maximum efficiency and high-quality service delivery for our guests.
* Lead and manage a large team of dedicated employees; complete office tasks; including recruitment, training and development, labour and financial management, as well as conducting quality assurance checks.
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Legislation and policies are strictly adhered to.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
* Previous Housekeeping Management experience in a 5 star hotel.
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on Occupational Health & Safety and employee safety and wellbeing.
* Confidence in leading and motivating a large team in a fast paced high pressure environment.
