The Role MODE is seeking an experienced Studio Manager with an architectural background to lead our team in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast. As part of the Management team, we anticipate the Studio Manager to have a minimum 10 years' post graduate architectural experience, as well as:
Exceptional design & documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate all aspects of a project from Schematic Design to Post Contract Administration ensuring compliance with industry standards.Comprehensive knowledge of NCC & Australian Standards.Experience in front end concept work, design detailing and presentation skills using the Adobe suite is essential.Strong technical expertise and practical experience of Revit.Meticulous attention to detail.Strong time management skills, with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise both personal and team workloads within the studio and across MODE's national and international network.Experience in business development and tender submission writing.A proven ability to mentor and lead a small team within an international practice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Why Join MODE?
