This crucial role involves managing document control processes to ensure the smooth operation and quality standards of our projects across various sectors.Key Responsibilities:Project Documentation Management: Develop and maintain a standardised document/drawing numbering system, ensuring adherence to standards and expectations.Document Processing and Quality Control: Accurately process and control all project document types, maintaining high-quality records of documents, drawings, RFIs, and registers.Project Folder Set-Up and Maintenance: Formulate and manage project folders, act as the point of contact for document and drawing number allocation, and liaise with project teams and external parties.Document System Expertise: Understand and utilise Jacobs' Document Templates System and provide support during audits, preparation of ad-hoc templates, and project reports.Procedural Adherence: Follow the company's document lifecycle procedures and keep the project team updated on changes to control procedures.System Improvement and Training: Assist in implementing new document management systems, improve processes, and train employees on the project documentation system.Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality and security requirements for all project documentation.We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery.
