$65-70k + Super 14 Month FTC Bonus Upon Contract Completion Administration: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including seasonal drives and NSO's.
Manage onboarding via Workday and maintain job descriptions and contracts.
Facilitate job changes, terminations, and promotions on Workday.
Develop workforce solutions and streamline processes, updating Organization Charts as needed.
Ensure adherence to Australian Labor Law and HR policies.
Leveraging off of the rest of team for more complex support.
Implement best practices and stay updated on legislative changes.
Support special projects and coordinate P&D reporting and administration.
Supporting with internal phone calls and general HR inquiries.
Employee Relations, Engagement & WHS: Provide guidance on policies, employment conditions, and performance management.
Escalating to team members when necessary.
Ensure compliance with work health and safety standards.
Proactively engage with employees to align support with business strategies.
Requirements: Strong attention to detail and administrative proficiency.
Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
