About the role:
Working closely with our IT Infrastructure team and wider IT team to:
Manage and implement a wide range of network devices and systems
Maintain and provide proactive network maintenance
Provide Level 2 and above support services
Ensure cyber security is at the forefront of day-to-day operations
You may have existing skills or knowledge of the following technologies:
Firewalls (Fortinet, Azure)
Routing and Switching (Dell, Fortinet, Extreme Networking)
Wireless (Extreme Networking, Ubiquiti)
Network Management and monitoring/alerting/reporting tools (Extreme Management Centre/Extreme Cloud IQ)
VOIP/SIP (Mitel/Microsoft Teams)
Desirable qualifications in Cisco CCNA OR Fortinet NSE 4
Some experience within a similar technology-based role or the capability to demonstrate that experience.
This role will be based in Hobart and requires supporting a geographically diverse business around Australia, necessitating visits to other sites with some interstate travel.
