We are currently seeking a Water and Sewer Reporting Officer to work with the business to develop reports and support decision making. * Deliver the overarching reporting for key deliverables such as the Annual Performance Report and Delivery Plan relevant to the section.

About the role
This role will see you responsible for collecting and compiling water and sewer performance data in preparation for turning this raw data into user-friendly reports to support business improvement. You will also be required to translate and report on emergent issues and present insights to aid in informed decision-making.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Diploma in Business, Analytics or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role where report writing, and presentation of data and insights was a key focus.
* Demonstrated proven experience in a regulated environment, analysing performance data, developing written reports and preparing actionable insights for decision-makers.
* Experience working with advanced data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) to develop user-friendly views and reports.

Other important information
* The salary range for this position ranges between $85k - $103k plus 11.5% superannuation.
* This is a Permanent full-time role.
* This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight.
* We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days work from home and 3 days on site.
* This role is located at the Nexus Building, North Wyong.
