Job SummaryThe Administration/Payroll Clerk will be responsible for managing payroll processing, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing general administrative support.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.Maintain employee records, including timesheets, leave balances, and payroll data.Prepare and distribute payslips, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents.Assist with accounts payable and receivable as needed.Handle general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries.Ensure compliance with workplace policies, awards, and employment regulations.Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding payroll and administrative matters.Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding and employee record management.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in payroll processing and administration is preferred.Knowledge of payroll software and accounting systems (e.g., MYOB) is an advantage.Strong understanding of payroll laws, taxation, and employment regulations, or a strong willingness to learn.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Excellent organizational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.BenefitsCompetitive Wages.Supportive and friendly work environment.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Work-life balance with flexible working arrangements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
