We want to make life easy for our customers, so we are looking for fun and personable individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative working in our Contact Centre.

This is a full-time position. You will be working on a roster anywhere between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm across Monday to Friday (no weekend work…. bonus!) This role is based in our Eastwood office on Greenhill Road.

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be on the phones speaking with our customers to assist with varying enquires to do with SA Ambulance in our fast-paced Customer Contact Centre.
A typical day could be:
3. Responding to a variety of customer enquires via phone and e-channels
4. assisting customers with queries about Ambulance Cover, Services & Ambulance related invoices.
5. Proactively managing complaints or disputes with a customer focus
6. Communicating across internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer matters
7. Maintaining customer records
8. Contributing suggestions to continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
