About the Role
The Library is seeking to fill the ongoing position of Campus Coordinator Liverpool (South Precinct). While the position is based at Liverpool campus library, travel to other WSU campuses is a requirement of the position. The person we are looking for knows how to foster a dynamic and innovative team culture which delivers a consistent, student-centred, flexible and responsive client service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to demonstrate their team leadership and client service delivery skills. This supervisory role relies on your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships within both the smaller campus-based team and the larger precinct team are key to success in this role. Utilising your professional knowledge and skills, in consultation with the Precinct Librarian, you will coordinate the day to day campus level provision of an innovative high-quality client centred Library service and facilities. With your attention to detail the library facilities will be well presented and in excellent working order, meeting our client expectations of a comfortable and welcoming environment. You will demonstrate your excellent customer service skills providing information and instruction assistance to clients at both physical and virtual service points.
About You
As the successful applicant, you will coordinate campus-based collection activities ensuring the campus collection is well maintained. Your effective dispute resolution skills will enable library loans related issues to be quickly and fairly resolved in line with the Collection Access Policy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience library technician or recently graduated librarian with a keen sense of responsibility. You will apply your leadership skills to mentor and motivate your team in part through modelling your commitment to service excellence. Working at other campus libraries is a requirement of the position as detailed in the Position Description.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $94,265 to $106,603 p.a. (comprising Salary of $79,655 to $90,081 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
