working from home, part time work, job share, compressed weeks and purchased leave) and embraces diversity and inclusion, with a high-powered team that is motivated to deliver the best outcomes for South Australia.Key Selection Criteria:Please only address the dot points listed below in your applicationAbility to work autonomously under broad direction to develop and implement work programs, as well as provide advice on matters of a sensitive, complex or critical nature under limited directionExperience working with and maintaining document management processesExperience with contemporary information management systems for major construction projects - direct experience with Aconex is highly desirableWell-developed interpersonal communication skills and ability to provide advice and information to a wide range of people and groupsAbility to deal with pressure and ambiguity, to manage change in a complex environment and build trusting, collaborative relationships at all levelsQualifications:Experience in implementing document management platform solutions would be advantageous including SharePoint, Content Manager (or similar government platforms) and Oracle Aconex platformRelevant professional qualifications in document control, or comprehensive equivalent exposure in document controller roles resulting in an in-depth understanding of document control principles and practices based on past experienceCertifications in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and/or ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems would be advantageousExperience with large construction / engineering projects in a document management role would be advantageous, including managing the flow of documentation within the project and to and from external suppliers.Remuneration:ASO6, $98,478 - $104,165 per annum + superannuationFull-time role, working 37.5 hours per weekSpecial Conditions:This is a contract/term vacancy up to 30 June 2026This position is classified as a designated position and as such, appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory National Police Clearance screening checkApplication Instructions:Applicants are required to submit a curriculum vitae and written application of no more than two pages, demonstrating their suitability for the role by addressing the key selection criteria above.
