Through its commercial work GRSA aims to ensure the sustainability and long-term commercial viability of the industry for the benefit of participants, partners, and the community.Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our high performing team. Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer and leading a small team of direct and indirect reports, the Marketing Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth for GRSA across its full business mix. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing all-rounder and possess a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and creativity to effectively engage our diverse audiences.Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence of Greyhound Racing SA and its various business components including Greyhounds as Pets SA, McQueens Tavern, Chasers Restaurant, members clubs and digital platforms.Development and implementation of marketing calendar, identifying events and campaign periods to promote greyhound racing and rehoming initiatives.Manage our adoption lead generation and optimise rehoming opportunities.Utilize analytical tools and market research to identify target markets, segment audiences, and optimize marketing campaigns.Management and delivery of marketing campaigns on time and to budget.Analysis and reporting of marketing performance to achieve optimal ROI.Create compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.Manage effective and strategic supplier relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials and services.Build strong relationships with all internal stakeholders and regularly consult on marketing initiatives.What success looks like The Marketing Manager will use a combination of hard and soft skills to drive growth for a business.
