My client is well-established and part of a large dealer group. The business is looking for an experienced Heavy Vehicle professional to oversee the Sales Department for Daimler Trucks. You will be a Selling Brand Manager who will focus on building solid relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth. Other responsibilities of the role: Promoting the product and offering solutions suitable to customers in purchasing a major investment. Monitor & manage brand performance. Delivery training and assist internal staff on product, customer needs. Track performance, build on existing strategies for results. Strong negotiating abilities to generate departmental profit, ongoing growth through parts and service, return, referred business. Requirements: Proven experience in leading a team within automotive, preferably heavy vehicle sector. Knowledge of the Heavy Vehicle industry Solid communication, negotiation skills You can work solo or in a team and can multi-task.
