The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Support Representative to oversee the efficient day-to-day control and operation of the warehouse.
This will include receipt and despatch functions, invoicing function, parts interpreting, finalising invoices, component control by implementing approved policies, procedures, systems and standards.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure customers are provided with optimal levels of service.
To interpret and process customer parts requirements for all genuine and non-genuine products marketed by the Company Assist customers by addressing and answering parts related technical inquiries.
Assist in the development of Parts Sales by actively seeking and exploiting opportunities to sell Parts Products Ensure that at all times your actions and appearance are such that promotes the Komatsu Brand.
Assist in the despatch and receipt of parts and housekeeping as workload permits.
Work with and support other departments, branches, and regions to establish Komatsu Australia as a premium supplier of equipment and after-market services.
Rostered on call for spare parts.
+ Maintain current 5's standards as per the Komatsu Way.
Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally by: Ensure all Customer parts orders are processed in a timely manner providing exceptional customer service.
Assist other employees including Supervisors and Management on Parts related technical, logistical, and procedural inquires where required.

Knowledge of earth moving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude.
Trade qualification will be highly regarded.
Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships.
High level attention to detail and demonstrate ability in providing consistent and accurate results.
Understanding of Parts and / or mechanical services industry.
Appropriate demeanour for communicating with customers at a senior level and providing a professional service.
Ability to work under pressure and independently.
Good communication skills both written and oral to effectively communicate at all levels.
Qualifications Current drivers licence.
Current forklift licence.
