Description As a CNC Machinist with our client your key responsibilities will include: Programming and Operation : Program, set up, and run CNC machines, with a preference for multi-tasking/mill-turn experience. Quality Assurance : Validate parts through first article and in-process inspections. Complete job packs and maintain quality standards. Documentation : Generate setup sheets for future reference and document non-conformance's and tool breakage reports. Safety Compliance : Adhere to WHS and company safety standards while maintaining GMP and first-class housekeeping. Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement improvements in processes and efficiencies, supporting a culture of continuous enhancement. Mentoring : Assist in developing team members, providing coaching and technical support Profile Ideal candidates will possess: Trade Qualification : A relevant qualification in CNC machining. Technical Experience : Proficiency in operating Mazak and/or DMG Mori machines with G-Code knowledge; experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, NX, or Mastercam).
