The ideal candidate will be working directly with our Executive Director. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and play a strategic role in driving MCA’s growth. Working closely with department managers and the Director, you will ensure the seamless execution of operations, manage teams, create synergy and alignment between different departments, and build valuable partnerships to help MCA achieve its goals.Job Purpose:The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of Motor Culture Australia’s (MCA) business strategies and driving its growth as a leader in the automotive enthusiast community. This role involves overseeing daily operations, fostering cross-departmental alignment, and cultivating partnerships with a growing network of national and international brands.As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring department heads across Marketing, Content, Partnerships, Events, and Sales, ensuring all teams work cohesively to achieve MCA’s top-level objectives (OKRs). Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential in influencing high-performing managers, fostering collaboration, and building a culture of operational excellence.Key to this role is your ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with MCA’s strategic partners, including national and international brands. You will oversee critical projects, such as giveaway vehicle sourcing, workshop coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery while managing stakeholder expectations effectively.With MCA’s collaborative and fast-paced work environment, you’ll be expected to stay agile, continuously learn, and adapt to the evolving needs of the digital and automotive landscapes.
