About the Role Our CFO Advisory team is expanding and we’re looking for a Senior Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The CFOA team brings our purpose to life by providing a range of Assurance services and business advice to a variety of clients, from small, fast-growing companies to large entities. Our clients are often well-known brands with broad international reach. We focus on using the latest technology to reduce manual testing, ensuring you’ll concentrate on the most valuable areas of client service and enhance corporate governance and the reliability of our clients’ information. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Finance function modernisation: Assisting the shift from transaction processing to data led insights for trusted decision making. Process Optimisation: Process modernisation, activity analysis, risk and control design and continuous monitoring. Finance System Implementation Support: Business Case, chart of accounts design, program management, control design/assurance. Cost optimisation: Determining operating model and commercial benefits to fund modernisation programs. Transactional Change: Considering pre or post deal support from governance, accounting, integration and synergy realisation. In our CFOA team, your impact will be seen by: Working with clients to assist them in transforming their finance functions Improving financial outcomes from core operations and tackling emerging issues Management and delegation to junior staff whilst working on engagements Developing a deep understanding of our clients’ financial reporting requirements, financial controls and processes, and executing bespoke reviews and reports with your observations Fostering trusted client relationships and identifying new opportunities to help them achieve their unique business goal Reviewing the work of team members to ensure the quality of our services meets our clients expectations and firm Risk & Quality guidelines.
