As Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping us grow by crafting standout responses to tenders and RFPs. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Customer Experience teams, driving strategic solutions and improving sales penetration across the business.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:
1. Draft executive summaries and compelling content that showcases ORIX’s value proposition.
2. Oversee internal resources to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
3. Coordinate with teams to produce tailored responses that align with customer requirements.
4. Drive continuous improvement in bid activities.
5. Review and act on feedback from tender debrief sessions to identify growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
o Previous experience in bid writing and management, ideally within the fleet and novated leasing industry.
o Strong understanding of market tender response methodologies.
o You’re a skilled writer with advanced communication skills, able to craft tailored, persuasive bid responses.
o Experience in the fleet or novated leasing industry.
o Strong understanding of the sales and tendering functions.
o Excellent time management and networking skills that help you engage stakeholders effectively.
o You’re analytical and can distill complex requirements from tenders, delivering clear, concise responses.
