About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Project Officer to join the Project Management Office at Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN).
This senior role involves providing high-quality support and strategic advice to the senior executive team, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
You will bring your expertise in project management, data analysis, and research to undertake complex benchmarking and best practice exercises, enabling the organisation to drive continuous improvement across its operations.
As a Principal Project Officer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Operations, preparing high-level executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Undertake complex benchmarking and best practice exercises to drive organisational improvement.
* Provide high-quality support and strategic advice to the senior executive team.
* Prepare high-level executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Develop policies, procedures, and systems to drive CALHN's success.
About You

* A strong understanding of Work Health Safety and Return to Work Acts.
* Demonstrated experience in report preparation, stakeholder engagement, and research, with a focus on strategic planning and policy development.

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
We also deliver mental health services at Glenside Health Services and at a range of other locations across the metropolitan and regional areas.
