Role: Digital Marketing CoordinatorReporting to: Digital Marketing & E-commerce ManagerHybrid: 3 days work from office, 2 days work from home Role Summary: As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing and supporting various digital marketing activities across eCommerce, content management systems (CMS), SEO/SEM, social media, and electronic direct mail (EDM). This position requires collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure the success of digital initiatives, improve user experience, and drive growth. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Management: Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across eCommerce platforms. Ensure accuracy and optimization of product details, images, and descriptions for searchability. Monitor and manage the daily operation of the online store, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to align online inventory with promotional campaigns. Digital Marketing Support: Assist in executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and engagement. Contribute to content calendar development, including blog posts, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Build and execute email campaigns (EDM) and report on performance. Work closely with agencies and internal teams on PPC, SEO, and SEM initiatives. Manage the timely upload of promotional content and banners in line with the marketing calendar. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Use CRM tools to segment customer databases and optimize targeting for personalized marketing. Support the development and execution of email marketing and CRM strategies. Analyze customer data to identify trends, optimize campaign performance, and improve customer retention. Required Skills & Experience Essential: Experience in eCommerce management, with a strong understanding of online retail operations. Proficiency with CRM platforms and email marketing tools (EDM). Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including PPC, SEO, and SEM. Basic HTML and CSS skills for content management. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: Experience in retail or franchise industries. Familiarity with Magento or similar eCommerce platforms. Previous experience in a role combining eCommerce, CRM, and digital marketing.
