About the role:
We are seeking a Suitably Qualified and Experienced Project Manager to support legislative reform projects on behalf of our Federal Government Client.
The Project Manager will review project management practices and products, recommending new ways of working to enhance productivity and deliver high quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a project plan outlining key milestones and deliverables.
* Review existing project management practices and products, including templates and processes.
* Consult with the team to understand existing ways of working and identify areas for improvement.
* Recommend new project management methodologies and software.
* Engage with stakeholders to test and validate new practices and products.
* Upskill team members by providing advice and guidance.
About You:
You will have proven experience in project management, ideally in a legislative context or complex policy projects.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
* Proven ability to consult with stakeholders and train team members.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
* Australian citizenship.
* Baseline Security Clearance.
