About the Opportunity We currently have multiple opportunities to join the Switchboard team as a Switchboard Operator, ASO2 on a term contract, working in a full-time temporary role. The Switchboard operator is part of a small team delivering an effective, courteous and professional first point of telephone contact. The role responsibilities include a provision of immediate responses to Code and Emergency Calls; efficient delivery of telecommunication services by directing phone calls, pager requests and public address related messages in line with protocols and telecommunication etiquette.
