Job Description
We're seeking passionate individuals who share our enthusiasm for exceptional service delivery.
This role focuses on providing industry-leading concierge services to residents of high-end apartment complexes in Sydney.
Our concierge act as the face of the building, delivering a professional welcome and exceptional service experiences that foster strong relationships with our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Services: Provide 5-star service to all residents and guests, ensuring exceptional front desk experiences.
2. Issue Resolution: Assist the Building Manager and Head Concierge with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing, and other concerns.
3. Movement Monitoring: Monitor visitor, service provider, and goods movements throughout the building and immediate surroundings.
4. Database Maintenance: Maintain databases, respond to emails, phone calls, and security intercom enquiries, and distribute resident keys, security devices, and parcels or dry cleaning.
5. Patrolling: Conduct internal and external patrols to ensure the building's security and tidiness.
6. Incident Reporting: Complete incident reports when necessary and respond to emergencies promptly.
7. Lift and Entry Maintenance: Ensure lifts and entry points are tidy and presentable at all times.

Availability:
Saturday and Sunday shifts from 11pm to 7am, with additional weekday shifts available.

Requirements:
1. Availability: Must be available to work overnights.
2. Rapport-Building Skills: Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team.
3. Customer Service Experience: Front of house or customer service experience is essential.
4. Communication Skills: Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.
5. Technical Skills: Computer literacy, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, database management systems, and email usage.
