About the Role:
Qualified trainers are sought to facilitate our popular Certificate IV in Ageing Support course. Successful applicants will deliver engaging training to students from diverse backgrounds.
To be eligible, you must hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and relevant experience in Aged Care.
The role involves delivering training, supporting students, and marking assignments. No content creation is required.
You will work closely with Stirling's Work Placement Coordinators to place students in industry work placement for 120 hours.
This is a contract position, paid on an invoice ABN arrangement based on your day of training and other factors.

* Qualifications and significant experience in Individual Support or related industries
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), or willingness to upskill/gain this qualification
* Passion for teaching and motivating others
* Excellent communication, time management, and computer skills
* Working with Children Check and ability to obtain public liability insurance
