The Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of impactful, disruptive, and memorable events that align with the brand vision and marketing calendar. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring seamless event execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating events such as product launches, in-store appearances, and activations Support vendor coordination, ensuring logistics are efficiently handled Track event budgets and assist in cost management Assist in post-event analysis, gathering attendee feedback and event performance data Prepare run sheets, guest lists, and event materials Provide on-the-ground support for event logistics Support the execution of impactful events that align with the brand vision and marketing calendar Maintain and update the events calendar Assist in tracking expenses to stay within budget Identify opportunities for content creation and data capture at events Assist in identifying and managing partnerships that align with brand objectives Support vendor and supplier bookings, ensuring smooth coordination before and during events Provide event progress updates to stakeholders and assist in project management Collaborate with internal teams to support partnership initiatives Skills And Experience Proven experience in event coordination, preferably within a retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders Understanding of brand marketing and event activation strategies Experience in budget management and financial tracking A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional experiences What Culture Kings Offers You Generous team discounts and employee recognition Never-ending career growth opportunities Exciting, fast-paced, and dynamic environment with a supportive team Free onsite parking No office politics, corporate protocol, or useless business jargon is needed.
