As a Team Leader, you will:Assist the Senior Manager, National Paraplanning with the management of the National Paraplanning team to deliver effective and consistent support to Senior Advisers, Trust Managers and their clients Provide leadership, coaching & onboarding support & assist with workflow allocation as needed Collaborate with Advisers, Partners, Associate Advisers & other in-house specialists to formulate advice & investment strategies that provide optimal client outcomes Generate tailored advice documents (SOAs and ROAs) within agreed time frames & service standards Meet individual quality and productivity targets Prepare financial calculations, modelling and detailed cash flow analysis Proactively seek opportunities to create administrative efficiencies & improve internal tools and templates Contribute to effective risk and compliance management through ensuring appropriate measures, controls and activities are taken to fulfil corporate and regulatory compliance.
