At Bulgari, you are encouraged to demonstrate your potential by pursuing the career direction that suits your natural talents.BVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven CRM Manager, Oceania to join our dynamic team here in Australia.Job Purpose:Lead and ensure a customer-centric omnichannel approach aimed at recruiting new clients and developing the existing ones, through the definition, implementation, and management of a global CRM program.About the JOB:In this role your duties will include:Foster the spread of CRM culture among the company involving all relevant actors in a positive cycle of performance improvement and innovation, putting customers at the top in each and every planned and launched initiative.Promote, develop and manage the One-to-One communication program, including commercial and delight activities set according to client's purchasing propensity, needs, and culture in order to keep Bulgari in a top-of-mind position.Work with the business units to define cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and focus on One-to-One commercial communications.Coordinate and support local markets in defining the contact strategy and targeting for all customer activities.Liaise with Brand & Communication departments, business units, and local teams to define 360° new clients' acquisition strategies in compliance with privacy legislation, leveraging all digital opportunities.Assess CRM reporting and analytics needs at central and local level and support the development of new tools/dashboards to enable internal customer activities.Define and prioritize business requirements and support the implementation of the new CRM omnichannel platform.Provide analytics and reporting tools to central and local stakeholders and monitor the results for adjustment.Liaise with Sales Departments and IT teams to set up effective training and processes to simplify CRM program execution at local level.Manage the central CRM budget.About YOU:We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:Min.
