The office is located in western Sydney and it's a completely on-site role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment and systems.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
3. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems in the manufacturing environment.
4. Offer training and guidance to staff on using technical systems effectively.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in technical support within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
2. Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, software, and systems.
3. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
