In this autonomous role, you’ll manage your own territory, working with the Sales Manager and Solution Consultants to build relationships with new clients and drive cloud adoption.Using a consultative approach, you’ll identify MYOB customers on our on-premise systems and guide them to our SaaS Workforce Management and Payroll solutions. With a diverse mix of talent and a fresh outlook, we’re achieving great things together #TogetherWeWin.What will keep you busy...Hit quarterly and yearly sales targets by delivering value to large, existing clients across industries, focusing on payroll solutions.Keep a Territory Plan to make the most of your time and resources.Stay on top of your pipeline with solid planning and forecasting.Work with Marketing to run campaigns that drive sales and customer success.Lead the sales process end-to-end—from qualifying needs to negotiation and closing.Build strong, trusted relationships with partners, clients, and prospects.Keep up with competitor moves and product updates, and share insights with Product teams.What you'll bring...Proven business development experience with a strong, hunter-like drive and high energy.B2B experience with larger business customers is essential for this role.Track record of success in software/SaaS sales, including upselling and cross-selling.Skilled in selling complex solutions, ideally ERP, Payroll, WFM, or Financial Services.Strong relationship builder with excellent senior-level partner engagement and influence.Experienced with long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.Expertise in value-based and solution selling, especially to mid to large sized businesses.Our Culture & BenefitsOur values have stood the test of time.
