Your New Role
This role is to support the Procurement, Logistics, and Fleet team on a 3-month contract.
The key functions of the role include:
* Source off-contract materials, goods, and services
* Compare and evaluate suppliers
* Track, update, and maintain records and ensure updates are communicated to the business
* Place and manage purchase orders
* End-of-month reconciliation
* Monitor inventory levels
* General supply chain activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Cert III in Logistics, Procurement, or a related discipline
* The ability to work independently
* A mature mindset and approach
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Customer service experience
* The ability to work a few days in an office located in Huntingwood
* To be vaccinated as working with an essential services organisation
