Job Description
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing arrivals and departures
* Responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously
* Communicating with other departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met
* Actively resolving guest issues and challenges
* Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program
* Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts and nights as required.
You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Time management skills with the ability to multi-task
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of team members
* Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous
* Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and a high level of energy
* Responsible Service of Alcohol
* C Class Drivers Licence
