The Facilities Management Directorate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of CQUniversity’s campuses. From financial administration to managing stadiums and ovals, our team provides essential support to faculties and divisions, helping maintain high-quality facilities for students, staff, and the wider community.
As an Administration Officer, you will be at the heart of these operations. You’ll handle financial tasks such as invoicing, purchasing, and budget tracking, while also coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and supporting campus facility usage. Your ability to prioritise tasks, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and navigate corporate systems like FinanceOne will be key to your success.

Position Requirements
o Strong computer and data entry skills, including Microsoft Office and business management software (e.g. FinanceOne).
o Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety and ability to work within compliance standards.
o Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role.
o Excellent problem-solving, organisation, and time management skills, with the ability to handle urgent tasks independently.
o A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-focused professional approach, with the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
