Trayne Consulting is currently recruiting a Subcontractor to join our National Client in the Window and Door Service and Installation area.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual where you will deliver the lasting impression of quality and service to our customers. You will action a daily plan of service, installation, repairs, and warranty calls across Adelaide and surrounds.

Key Duties:
6. Carry out service requirements and assist with glazing and installation.
7. Trouble shoot technical issues for resolution and rectification
8. Load daily jobs into your vehicle to ensure you have all relevant parts to complete the day’s work in a timely and efficient manner
9. Plan daily schedule to ensure maximising workflow efficiently
10. Contact customers to confirm approx. arrival time and ensure continued communication if job needs to be rescheduled
Required & Experience:
11. Experience in carpentry, glazing, joinery or similar industry or home renovator/handyperson will be considered
12. High standard of workmanship ensuring the job is completed exceeding customer expectations
13. Proficient use of hand tools, levels and tape measure
14. Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills with the ability to investigate faults, rectification and fix in a timely and efficient manner
15. Follow safe and compliance work practices, with the ability to lift, load and carry products.
16. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to keep situations calm and provide customer satisfaction
17. Carry out works in a clean and tidy manner meeting the high standards of the company.
As a Subcontractor you will need to have:
18. Pty Ltd Company Registration or ABN (sole trader)
19. Relevant insurances, such as Personal Accident Insurance / Workers Compensation; Public Liability Insurance; Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
20. Construction Induction White Card
21. Valid Australian Driver's License
22. Clean Valid Police Check
23. Your own reliable transport, suitable to fit in tools and client products
24. Your own tools required to do this work
Customer service must be at the forefront of every interaction, coupled with your ability to investigate, trouble shoot and rectify faulty / warranty works in a timely and efficient manner.
