CLM Sleep is a dedicated Sleep Apnea Solutions provider that specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of Sleep Apnea. CLM is committed to helping people who are suffering from a condition known as Sleep Apnea, to sleep better and achieve good, quality sleep. CLM works with leading Sleep Scientists and Sleep & Respiratory Physicians to provide quality diagnosis and therapy for Sleep Apnea sufferers. Our Consultants are carefully selected and trained to comply with best practice industry standards. The clinical knowledge coupled with patient-centric care helps CLM work closely with patients to tailor a treatment most suitable and effective for them. This may include CPAP treatment, positional therapy, lifestyle changes or oral appliances. CLM corporate outlets are located across South Australia, Northern Territory and Victoria.
About You :
The potential candidate should ideally possess:
* Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in a consultative or customer service role with at least 2 years of relevant experience within the sleep or sleep related industry would be highly regarded
* Formal qualifications in Business/Management or similar or 2 years work experience in a role, in a similar capacity
* An education or background in a medical or life science or related field will be beneficial
* Experience working in pharmaceutical/health/medical industry, dealing with sleep apnoea products/solutions/services would be highly desirable
* Ability to read sleep study reports, CPAP download reports and able to articulate clearly and informatively such information to patients
* Knowledge of sleep apnoea products and solutions currently available in market and their various applications
Position Summary :
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible in assisting the Manager in the day to day operations of the outlet as well as provide consultancy service, advise to customers on OSA issues as a CPAP consultant and provide great customer service in line with CLM’s level and standard of exceptional service and operations.
The role will be offered on a Full-Time salary basis. The successful candidate will be required to undergo compliance training as a Sleep Consultant to ensure consistency in the level of service and standards rendered to patients at the head office in Kent Town.
Key Requirements :
Essential
* Minimum 2 years work experience in a consultative/sales/customer service role
* Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to engage patients and customers in conversations that help to build an understanding of their needs
* Demonstrated drive to work in a retail environment with a sales focused reward outcome
* Self-driven to achieving a high-level of performance through commitment and efficiency in work processes with a sound analytical skill
* Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Desirable
* Possess a background or formal tertiary education in medical/life sciences/nursing
* At least 1 year work experience in a consultative/sales role within a sleep related industry
* Experience working in pharmaceutical/health/medical industry, dealing with sleep apnoea products/solutions/services
* Ability to read sleep study reports, CPAP download reports and able to articulate clearly and informatively such information to patients
* Knowledge of sleep apnoea products and solutions currently available in market and their various applications
* Possess customer service or front line support experience in a team leader capacity
* Able to convey messages and information effectively and easily, listens attentively and seeks clarification when required

Job Responsibility :
* Ensure that merchandises are clean, appropriately displayed and stored in accordance to store processes and manager directives and ensure all devices are cleaned and handled in accordance with WHS policies
* Carry out the range of services as prescribe by the CLM service model, as well as other tasks assigned within this position level, abiding by protocols and procedures aimed at increasing conversion rates and improving sales opportunities
* Help improve brand awareness in cooperation with the marketing department through sales promotion and educating patients on product knowledge and provide sound after sales service
* Abide by the standards of service, quality, health and safety requirements on all aspects within the head office or assigned outlet
* Meet operational objective/s as set out by the management for this position level at the corresponding outlet
* Submit monthly sales data or any other relevant report to the Managing Director as required, for operational assessment
* Perform diagnostic set ups on-site (outlet) as and when required
* May be requested to work at different CLM locations if need arises to assist with operational needs within reasonable travel distance
* Follow up Home Based Sleep Study patients after report has been sent to GP/Physician to facilitate continuity post study by ensuring patients make their appointments to discuss results with their respective GP/Physician
* Attend weekly clinical meetings to discuss new and current cases
* Drive product sales and consults by increasing conversion rates of Home Based Sleep Study patients towards PAP Trial
* Ensure the submission of the necessary supporting documents in relation to all diagnostic setups (on-site and off-site) are in order to facilitate and expedite claims and reimbursements
* Undergo related product and service training as and when required by the management and ensure such information and knowledge be made available to other employees if required
