YO! Team Leaders have taken the first step on the management ladder and already show the skills, knowledge and passion required to become future leaders. They support the Managers to run great shifts and will be super hands-on with their Team, driving standards and inspiring excellence, ensuring our Guests and Teams to love YO! as much as they do. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager, Head Chef, Sous Chef & Deputy Manager with the daily operation of your Restaurant, in some instances a whole shift in the absence of a manager, overseeing food preparation and service standards. You will ensure the budget is hit through managing labour cost, food cost and gross sales to ensure profit is achieved across the board. You will lead consistent standards and support your manager to analyse profit performance. You will constantly drive standards and hospitality, leading and challenging Team Members to achieve the highest levels of service. You will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing guest service and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding our Guests expectations. You support the GM, DM, HC, SC to create an engaged team through a culture of teamwork and support. You will work closely with the GM to assess the skills and knowledge gaps within your YO! Team, you will help build and sustain a high performing team that embodies our brand behaviours. You will support with Team Members training, in a supportive and motivating manner ensuring that successful performance is reinforced, and constructive feedback is provided. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Promote a safe and healthy working environment by being a 'safety-minded leader' who leads by example in reporting any food and safety issues and deficiencies in the Restaurant. You will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of our established brand standards. Support and cover an emergency shift when necessary. Key Behaviours As a YO!
