The role of our Administration Officer is part-time and will see you working from our Victoria Park head office and responsible for providing comprehensive support for our Corporate - Business Services division, primarily for the Group Manager and other key managers.
Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: Victoria Park location, with public transport and free parking close by Part time position, 32h/week (from office) with offered flexibility: 4 full days or 5 days within school hours Social club providing monthly events, lunch and discounts Key Responsibilities: General office administration duties, such as stationary management, merchandise orders, kitchen amenities ordering and associated invoice approvals Supporting Group manager's Diary, email management and daily tasks Calendar management and meeting coordination Minute taking and distribution Co-ordination of travel arrangements and reconciliations Create, update and maintain SharePoint pages, online databases and internal intranet sites Preparation of business correspondence including presentations, newsletters, reports utilising Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Maintain time sheets, leave requests, expense claims and business cards for assigned Managers Receive, screen and monitor assigned Managers incoming telephone calls Greet and welcome clients and external visitors Function coordination Credit card and Expenditure management/reconciliation Support the Manila Manager with day to day tasks associated with our Offshore workforce, particularly with coordinating meetings and training sessions for new starters, posting information to TEAMs sites, monthly invoicing reconciliation and supporting Manager with ad hoc presentations and townhall coordination.
