The Responsibilities As a Lease Administrator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Prepare letters of offer, Heads of Agreement, disclosure statements & distributing lease documentation Onboarding new management Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports Negotiate lease clauses with landlord solicitors Ongoing review of minimum leasing requirements Preparing approval submissions as well as other items such as insurance, bank guarantees, etc Supporting the Compliance Manager and the Property Management team on certain leasing issues and negotiating a mutually satisfying outcome.
Compliance and reporting Skills and Experience Previous experience in the commercial/retail property industry Experience in a high-volume administrative role with conflicting priorities Exceptional administration, time management and organisation skills with strong attention to detail Strong financial acumen A proactive and self-motivated view when problem-solving A team player Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills If you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Hayley on 0410 789 088.
