Ecommerce Account Manager

In this role, you'll leverage your ability to work with data, extracting meaningful insights from reports to identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. Your keen understanding of both client needs and our business needs will allow you to find the perfect balance, creating opportunities for growth. As a natural relationship builder, you'll curate and implement strategies that drive sales and strengthen key accounts, contributing directly to the overall success of the business.

The Exciting Role:
* Understand your channel clients' business objectives, challenges, and goals, and provide tailored solutions to meet their customer's needs.
* Regularly communicate with channels to provide updates, gather feedback and data, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
* Analyse channels ecommerce performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Proactively identify and address potential issues that may impact channels operations, offering prompt solutions to mitigate negative effects.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven working experience in a sales and account management position, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
* Analytical skills, with the ability to work with data, generate actionable insights from sales report, and provide solutions to drive sales growth.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
