What We're Looking For: 5+ years' experience leading sales or business development teams.
Proven success in outdoor power tools, landscaping, business development, or account management.
Strategic planning, negotiation and retail expertise.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
