About the Job: Senior Agile Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects with multiple dependencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direction and leadership for the project, ensuring it aligns with business goals and objectives.
* Conduct project planning, identify milestones, and define an integrated project plan that includes cost, time, and quality parameters.
* Optimise resource allocations to maximise performance and ensure effective coordination among team members.
* Monitor milestones, evaluate progress, and take corrective actions to address variances in project progress.
* Assure proper co-ordination of all line and staff elements to make the project a success.
* Assess and report project status, including cost, schedule, quality, and risks, to senior management.
* Manage project risks according to the Risk Management processes specified in PMP.
* Ensure knowledge dissemination among team members and contribute to organisational knowledge management systems.
* Accountable for achieving project objectives as defined in the Project Management Plan.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of recent relevant experience leading and managing complex projects with multiple dependencies end to end.
* Prince2, PMBoK, Agile or other recognised Project Management certification.
* High degree of stakeholder management experience Executive Level reporting and Communication Skills and experience.
* Knowledge and use of Agile delivery methods and tools (i.e., JIRA and Confluence).
* MS-Project expertise is desirable but not essential.
