About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator / Admin to provide full administrative support to a team of agents.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
Liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to ensure smooth communication.
Maintain and update the database on the intranet regularly.
Perform reception duties as required, though not overly busy.
Coordinate and book advertising, and ensure listings are uploaded to relevant portals.
Assist with the exchange and settlement process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
Qualifications & Skills :
Previous administrative experience, preferably in a real estate or sales environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Proficiency in using databases and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with real estate software a plus).
