* Contract role till April 2025 possible extension.
* Hourly pay rate upto $59.95/hr + Super.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and time delivery of this task. You will work closely with different teams across the Institute to obtain necessary information and ensure the accuracy of the Annual Report.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Drafting content for sections on organisational overview and performance analysis in consultation.
* Reviewing and compiling content provided by line areas.
* Liaising with the marketing team on the design and publication of the Annual Report.
* Liaising with other staff such as statisticians and Audit and Risk Committee secretariat to ensure content is delivered on time.
* Working with marketing to identify stories for inclusion as standalone content.
* Seeking all clearances as required.
* Drafting the ministerial brief.
* Proof-reading all material provided.
ESSNETIAL CRITERIA:
* Demonstrated highly developed writing skills, including the ability to prepare high quality written reports tailored to internal and external audiences.
* Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to analyse needs, to devise plans and execute them, and to meet deadlines and quality standards.
* Highly developed research, analytical and conceptual skills.
* Demonstrated practical working knowledge and experience of government processes.
* Demonstrated experience to produce quality outcomes under pressure and the capability to project manage a range of complex workloads to meet defined deadlines.
